So Josh this "Grace" that you talk about here does it have the ability to change a persons life and by this grace understanding that leads this person to God for salvation or simply an undeserved blessing that changes nothing?

Not sure if I completely follow you here, The Elk, but I would say that God's grace is absolutely transformative.

Just a while back you explained to me that this site was more of a Calvinist approach, but this sounded like a Wesley view of grace. I couldn't agree more grace is transformative.
